Your townhome in Gideon Square is perhaps your largest investment. To ensure its value continues to grow, Gideon Square's Board of Directors is working to improve the appearance of the community at large.  We do so by enforcing rules and regulations and by making improvements to our community  infrastructure. In 2003, we installed a new walking path and several new flower beds.  In 2004, we installed new streetlights along Bixby Road, have run electricity to the Gazebo and plan to install a playground and renovate the Gazebo. Improvements like in recent years have not only made Gideon Square a safer place to live and play, but has helped the value of our homes nearly triple in the last 5 years, from $100,000 in 1999 to nearly $250,000 today.

So if you get a note on your door or in the mail in the near future requiring various home improvements, don't be offended.  Just think of if as protecting your investment.
