Association's By-Laws, and requires that at least 10 percent of the

with a proxy which may be completed in lieu of attending. At

improvements, issues, budget matters and elect additional board
members if there are vacancies. The Meeting is expected to

Gazebo Lighting. After several years
of waiting, the community gazebo will soon be illuminated. As
our streetlight expansion project entered its sixth year, the
streetlight came close enough to the gazebo to make adding
electricity and lighting to it affordable. Now in the final
stages of inspection, we hope that both the American Flag and gazebo
will be illuminated at night. The flag
spotlight and interior
Gazebo light is expected to be installed in the next few
weeks.
2005 Budget. The Board discussed the
community's 2005 Budget at October's meeting and a proposed rise in
Association dues. After not raising dues for the last three
years, the Board elected to raise the dues by 10% in an effort
to keep pace with repairs to our aging infrastructure, namely the
roadway. A Reserve Study completed last summer found the Reserve
significantly underfunded to keep up with roadway repairs. To read more about the
reserve study check out our meeting page,
Big Changes Continue. Residents should expect to
landscaping added around the new
streetlights along Bixby Road activated
as well as continued improvement to the gazebo and its landscaping
and lighting.
